| I am looking to buy a 50% share in a larger than average House with land/Smallholding or Small Farm. Either that, or seeking a quiet considerate person/s who is/are genuinely interested in buying a property with enough land to split into two separate homes, each having equal amounts of land. (happy to do some renovation work but not a major building project) Ideally in West/North Yorks or just outside. Price region 300K so approx 150K each. If approached in the right way it will result in the ownership of a smallholding at an affordable price. Ideally we would need to be cash buyers and therefore chain free.
