| We are looking for a smallholding/piece of land in the UK. Remote locations will not be a problem. We are looking for a long term let with the possibility to maybe buy in the future. We are open to all property types and condition but must have two seperate properties for two families, one of which must have at least three bedrooms to house one family with two children and domestic pets, one with at least two bedrooms for an older family with domestic pets. The property must accept livestock and have year round grazing. Also with out buildings/workshop for a family furniture making business. Any offers will be seriously considered.
