| Smallholding wanted for professional couple with rare breed pig business.
My husband has 30 plus years of farming knowledge (mixed herd, pigs and arable) and I have a professional role in the NHS so we have a guaranteed income for rent. We are looking to rent a smallholding in excess of 8 acres - up to circa 50 for our herd of large British Black pigs (bred for meat and to continue the rare breed) and our own horses (3). We also grow herbs and vegetables. We are keen to contribute to the local economy with our business model. We require a house with a min of 2 bedrooms and a garden. Max of 4 beds. Must have wi-fi in the area and a good water supply. A decent road network is also required, perhaps a few miles away from a good sized town etc. Looking for long term rental. We like Wales and have friends there, but we will consider other parts of the UK. |
