| I (30) am looking for a therapeutic environment for my disabled wife (24) to pursue her passions of gardening and permaculture. We are proactive, capable people who can improve a landscape and potentially a house (all with permission, of course). We are seeking any house with space and permission to grow trees - this can be anywhere from half a dozen dwarf trees in a large garden to an orchard/food forest.
Since trees take time to bear fruit, we too are looking to lay down roots and will gladly sign a long tenancy on the right home. Our family also includes two small cats so this must be okay (we will pen them in if there is enough space and they are a concern) and we are generally unfussy about the house but have a preference for a "secluded" feeling, for example a detached. Location must allow for a daily commute to London by car/train. I work, usually in the capital, as a freelance software consultant. I am well-paid and can provide proof of income and household budget. If you choose to take a chance on us, we will prove to be trustworthy and loyal tenants. We are very serious about this and looking to settle down for 10+ years.
