• Villa/finca or property with garden and preferably a pool • 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms • Furnished with good standard of furniture • 12 month rental starting October 2017 • Maximum rent €1200 • Within 20km of Altea, Albir/L’alfaz/Altea La Vella/Calpe and all places in between considered. We are a genuine and professional self-employed English couple with a well-behaved Jack Russell, wanting time away from the UK due to health reasons, mainly asthma. We will consider all properties that meet most or all of our requirements. I am a builder so I don’t mind any properties that need a little decorating, gardening or repairs.
