There is no satellite TV but could easily be installed. There is a kitchen with fridge/freezer, sink and oven, kettle and toaster and all cups, plates etc. A table seating 6 and internet connection. There is a toilet downstairs.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
External stairs lead to two good sized bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and a shower room. There is a small wardrobe in each room and 2 chest of drawers.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
There is a separate annex with large bedroom with open fire and 2 single beds and large shower room.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
There is a covered sitting area and BBQ area and grape vines and small garden with mainly grass and small rockery. There is an unused area of around 1500sqm next door with fruit trees that could be used as well.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
I did use this as a holiday rental but would now prefer to rent out long term. It would make an idea small B&amp;B. Maybe suit a retired couple with pension from UK and want to run B&amp;B for little extra income.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Would work well as a B&amp;B with guest annex and did have demand for camping last year. And for anyone wanting plot of land to grow vegetables, grow fruit, keep chickens etc its perfect.

Please note, I cannot help with employment in Bulgaria. Better suited to retired couple or for someone that works from home via internet etc and wants to do B&amp;B as little extra. There is no real prospect of work here for Brits due to language barrier. You need to be coming with an income in place from UK. However, I will happily help market the B&amp;B through my rental website and website on Bulgaria.

I am looking for long term rent. This includes annual buildings insurance and annual taxes but not contents cover. This can easily be arranged.

The village has a kindergarten and school and shops and restaurant. There is a wood burner in the lounge and would then need electric heaters in other rooms. There is plenty of wood available. Water is metered but very cheap - 10 Euros/mth. Electric bills likely to be around 20 to 30 Euros/mth in summer and double that in winter. 
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
No problem with pets if you want to bring them (within reason - had one couple want to bring 6 dogs). Garden is secure and walled/fenced. 
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Looking for long term tenant relationship with honest, trustworthy and fun people. For those wanting a self sufficient life Bulgaria is ideal - long hot summers with mineral spa pools close by, lots of walking, fishing, horse riding.....and in winter snuggle in front of wood burner or visit local restaurant.

Please note would suit an early retired couple, still fairly active, maybe want to run B&amp;B. There is no real option for paid employment for Brits in Bulgaria except maybe a little building work, gardening etc for other Brits. But if you work from home via internet or one half of couple returns to UK every so often for contract work, this would be ideal.

There are other Brits in the area, but not loads and loads. Usually one or so families/couples in surrounding villages and we get together every now and then for BBQs etc but don't live in each other's pockets.
