2-3 bed property, Kennels/Smallholding/Farm/Equestrian.

We are a Charity, The Beagle Welfare Scheme. It was set up in 1979 to give help and advice on beagle related problems and to assist with re-homing, via a nationwide network of over 20 area officers. For further info (www.beagleadvice.org.uk)

On average, around 15 beagles require kennelling at any one time, whilst suitable owners are being found and vetted. To assist with the ever increasing costs of kennelling, the Trustee's of Beagle Welfare are now looking to rent maybe with a view to purchase in the future a 2-3 bedroom property with a small piece of land, say 1-3 acres, with some building/s that we could semi-permanently change into kennels.( Even if the property needed attention, we don't mind hard work.

By acquiring our own kennels, we can keep all the hounds in one place, which we will hope greatly assist with re-homing. At the moment we kennel at different kennels around the country, which is proving unhelpful to prospective owners who have to travel to different locations to view the hounds. Please note that our kennel would not be open to the public and visiting would be by appointment only.

We would have a manager living on the premises who is a Beagle Welfare Area Officer for Derbyshire, as well as having experience in the farming and equine community.

Thank you so much for reading this and hopefully someone out there can help.
Regards

I would like to live the life I am meant for and prove that you dont need thousands if you are willing to work hard. I am looking to live on the property in a tent until I can afford a Yurt. Neither of which need planning permission. Access to fresh water would be ideal but there are ways round that.

Galicia is situated in the Northwest corner of Spain, just above Portugal. It is considered to be the “Green Heart of Spain” with the sunshine and rain.
Farm/Smallholding/Equestrian or Kennels property

We are looking to rent or lease very long term, for at least 3 years with the intention of much longer, a secluded, remote and very rural farm/smallholding/equestrian or kennels property with land and outbuildings. It must be totally own use and have no neighbours. Grazing pasture needed. We are completely open to property type and condition (we don't mind doing work if needed), the land and location are the most important thing. Stabling, equestrian facilities and/or kennelling facilities would be a huge bonus. Must accept animals/livestock as we are a rescue organisation. The property will need to have, or be able to gain permission for running a business from. We would also be interested in properties to rent, with a view to purchase in future. If you have a property that may be suitable for our needs, please contact us via email: wiccaweys@aol.com or by calling: 07913169570.

We currently rent an old farm, with a five acre paddock for our own horses. We also have access to walk and ride on 50 acres of arable field (round the edges and along the tracks). The farm we are on is arable and livestock (beef cattle) so our dogs are entirely used to that environment. We have excellent relationships with our landlord, the tenant farmers, both arable and livestock and the local gamekeeper. We are only looking for a new property as our landlords are property developers and have just gained planning permission to redevelop the property and the surrounding land. They have stated they will be happy to relocate us themselves, however that will be to another development property and we would dearly like to find a permanent base. We currently pay £1800 pcm. References available.

Thank you very much for your attention and for taking the time to read this.

4 Bedroom house with large garden, chicken coop, fruit trees

I am looking for a couple or family that want a change of life and to live abroad for at least a year or two. I have a 4 bedroom unfurnished house for rent with 1000sqm with large chicken coop. I was originally looking for 300 a month plus bills, however what I would now like to offer is lower rent but with a little garden and property maintenance in return.

Basically I would accept £150/mth plus bills.

I would expect in return:

1. Any small DIY jobs or maintenance doing on 4 properties I own in the same village. Not likely to be much, maybe the odd broken tap, small leak etc. Checking regularly in my absence (mainly over winter, I am likely to be there most of summer).

2. My main house is next door but I split my time between Bulgaria and France and so would want my garden looking after in my absence - grass cutting, weeding etc - spring through to end of summer. I also have a large vegetable area (around 15m x 15m) and you could use this area for growing vegetables as well. Looking after gardens in rental properties - mainly grass cutting and weeding.

I have a plot with an old house on it that needs clearing but this land might be available for use as well if you wanted to keep livestock say.

I am looking for long term rent - minimum of a year, better say 2 to 3 years.

I would need a fairly large deposit as have had a lot of trouble with tenants in the past - so probably 600E deposit. And would ask for at least 3 month's rent up front. And ideally references.

The house is unfurnished. The village has a kindergarten and school and shops and restaurant. There is a wood burner in the lounge and would then need electric heaters in other rooms. There is some wood available and plenty can be chopped down and cleared form other plots. Water is metered but very cheap - 10 Euros/mth. Electric bills likely to be around 30 to 40 Euros/mth in summer and double that in winter.

No problem with pets if you want to bring them.

Looking for long term tenant relationship with honest, trustworthy and fun people.

Let me know if interested. Looking to start rent in May.

We are looking for a small holding property in the south west. Minimum of 3 acres.<br<>br>

The condition of the dwelling is not important even a shack or just land will do so long as it has planning for a dwelling.<br<>br>

The price we pay will depend on location, amount of land and condition of property.<br<>br>

We are a couple in our 30's who are hoping to purchase a plot of land to build a modest cob house, and farm the remaining land.
Ideally, we would like to get upwards of three acres, but with our budget, we are happy to look at all suggestions.
We will also consider a shell to renovate, or a run down smallholding. At the moment we have a few chickens and a very nice little house in the Kent countryside. We grow all our own veg and a little fruit too, and want to take it to the next level, hence the ad here!
We have no chain as our home will be rented and sold at a later date. We hope that someone out there will be able to offer us something good: we are serious buyers who want to go now, so please get in touch.
Thanks, and we look forward to hearing from you.

smallholding or piece of rural land

My wife and I are looking to get away from it all and would like to rent a smallholding or piece of rural land on a long term basis with a view to possibly buying later on. We have a small touring caravan and would like to keep the caravan on the land. The more remote the location, the more it would suit us. We are a couple in our fifties and we have a very well behaved border collie called Stan.

3 Bedroom Smallholding with outbuildings

A rural smallholding, with 3 meadows plus a homefield and bordering a country lane. At present one of the meadows is used for a Caravan Club Certificated Location, which is popular and open all the year round. The property includes a shower and toilet for use by caravanners. The caravan site has electric hook-ups and hardstandings.

The main house is a granite cottage that has been extended for modern living and has two attached garages. There are two timber chalet/sheds which can have many uses. The meadows are fairly flat and well suited for equestrian use. The barn has been well maintained and provides useful storage for agricultural equipment.

The land is borders the local building line and there is potential for future residential development.
