| We are a couple in our 30's who are hoping to purchase a plot of land to build a modest cob house, and farm the remaining land. Ideally, we would like to get upwards of three acres, but with our budget, we are happy to look at all suggestions. We will also consider a shell to renovate, or a run down smallholding. At the moment we have a few chickens and a very nice little house in the Kent countryside. We grow all our own veg and a little fruit too, and want to take it to the next level, hence the ad here! We have no chain as our home will be rented and sold at a later date.
