Thisa is a 10 min drive from the property . There are several schools and colleges near by in the bigger town of Motril which is about a 30 min drive. Granada town is about an hour from the property and situated at thre foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Here you will find the Alhambra palace and gardens and also the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort. A seperate plot of land(roughly 0.5 acres) comes with the property which is not conected but 100 m away. The land has agricultural rights. Water and electric is connected to the house.
