The house is away from the city, confining with an organic grape vineyard, separated by a water stream.

Along with several fruit trees already productive, there is a carob and about 80 olive trees already in production, none of these have ever been treated with chemicals.

The house doesn't need restructuring and you can move straight away, it includes a kitchen and some furniture in the bedroom for you to use.

The kitchen also includes an antique wood oven.
