| I have a 4 bedroom unfurnished house for rent with 800sqm with large chicken coop. It is newly renovated and never lived in. Just needs furniture and kitchen appliances.
I am looking for long term rent. This includes annual buildings insurance and annual taxes but not contents cover. This can easily be arranged. The village has a kindergarten and school and shops and restaurant. There is a wood burner in the lounge and would then need electric heaters in other rooms. There is plenty of wood available. Water is metered but very cheap - 10 Euros/mth. Electric bills likely to be around 20 to 30 Euros/mth in summer and double that in winter. No problem with pets if you want to bring them (within reason - had one couple want to bring 6 dogs). Garden is secure and walled/fenced. Looking for long term tenant relationship with honest, trustworthy and fun people. For those wanting a self sufficient life Bulgaria is ideal - long hot summers with mineral spa pools close by, lots of walking, fishing, horse riding.....and in winter snuggle in front of wood burner or visit local restaurant. Let me know if interested. Looking to start rent in August 2010. Please note would suit an early retired couple, still fairly active, maybe want to run B&B. There is no real option for paid employment for Brits in Bulgaria except maybe a little building work, gardening etc for other Brits. But if you work from home via internet or one half of couple returns to UK every so often for contract work, this would be ideal. There are other Brits in the area, but not loads and loads. Usually one or so families/couples in surrounding villages and we get together every now and then for BBQs etc but don't live in each other's pockets. PLEASE DO NOT ENQUIRE IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS. I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS EMAILS SAYING PEOPLE ARE REALLY INTERESTED, SOUNDS PERFECT ETC AND THEN THEY NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS. I AM LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO COMMIT TO A LONG TERM RENT IN THE NEXT 2 OR 3 WEEKS. |
