| Question | Q: Why aren't my images showing correctly? | ||
| Whenever you open a webpage your computer stores a copy of that page for future reference. If you have altered the images for your ad, perhaps you have replaced some photos with others for example, you may still see the original images because the page will not automatically update on your computer, and your computer will continue to display the previously saved version of that page.
To update the page and see the new version with your new images, you may need to refresh the page. To do this simply click on the two up/down green arrows at the very top right of your screen in Internet Explorer, next to the URL/Address field. This will refresh the page and update it to the current view. |
