For single property listings there is a one-off set-up fee (per property) of £150.

Alternatively we offer a monthly subscription to the site giving you the opportunity to list multiple properties for a set monthly ongoing fee.

Our monthly fees are as follows:

- Listings for up to 5 properties - £75 per month

- Listings for up to 10 properties - £125 per month

- Listings for up to 25 properties - £150 per month

Your listings will remain on the site for as long as you continue to make monthly payments, if you cancel your monthly subscription all your listings will be deleted. We would request that you contact us to cancel your monthly subscription if required.
